Yes, we want the words you write about your experiences with working as a certless or certified technology professional. You are one of the greatest things about the technology industry. As individuals we are smart, savvy, and engaging. As a group we are powerful, facilitating, and comforting. We share a lot of information with each other on hundreds of thousands of web sites (probably a lot more) in dozens of languages about the technologies we use day in and day out, and we’re all pretty damn good at it.

So, take the time to write up your bio, your favorite story, a great prank, a super tool, or anything you like. Don’t worry if someone else is writing on the same subject, either. Everyone has a unique voice, and we want it all, so join in. One of our editors will go over all submissions and performing any editing as needed. Don’t worry. We’re not interested in censorship, but we need to prevent really bad language and unreasonable tirades. You understand. Fire away. We’re here for you!

If you’re ready, get started here.

We’re not trying to be mean, but we have some legal requirements to meet, and ownership is one of them. We can’t make this site work if we don’t own the content. We also don’t pay for contributions. We will make this promise, though. If you contribute something to the site and we use it as originally published in any written, digitally recorded, spoken, or any other media format for distribution, we’ll send you something. We have to be intentionally obtuse because we can’t make any specific promises. Rest assured, however, that we will treat all material with respect and won’t destroy its intent or tone. We’re pretty good at this sort of thing. Our editor-in-chief has been in the publishing industry and has worked as a professional writer for 12 years, so he’s learned to not be entirely stupid most of the time.
